15 of 53 US jurisdictions require CE: North Carolina (24 hours per 3-year cycle), Illinois (14 hours per 2 years), Florida (10 hours per 2 years), Minnesota (8 hours per 3 years), Nebraska (8 hours per 2 years), Maryland (6 hours per 2 years), Iowa (6 hours per 2 years), DC (6 hours per 2 years), Guam (6 hours per cycle), Georgia (5 hours per 2 years), and Texas, Ohio, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Nevada (4 hours per 2 years each). The remaining 37 jurisdictions renew by fee only (Virgin Islands pending CE-rule verification).
